Gemba is our internal workspace for manually publishing brand content.
Team members use Gemba to prepare original SIMBIO content, review images and copy, choose the exact platform or platforms to publish to, and manually confirm each publishing action.
How publishing works
Gemba is a user-controlled publishing tool. An authorised user creates or reviews a post, explicitly selects whether to publish that specific post to Facebook, Instagram, and or Pinterest, and manually confirms the publish action.
When Pinterest is selected, the user also explicitly chooses the destination board before the Pin is created. Gemba is designed for first-party SIMBIO content only.
What Gemba does not do
- It does not scrape Pinterest or other platforms.
- It does not automate engagement, comments, messages, follows, or unfollows.
- It does not take actions without the user’s specific knowledge and consent.
- It is not a consumer app and is not used for third-party content resale or redistribution.
